Uruguay - Designed for Pencil Lines #231

Cute sketch!  I had fun with this one ...

finally, the 'layering' thing is coming along ... I've admired women who were able to successfully accomplish this and have struggled with it in my own LO's for a while ... I just need to get over the fact that you can't see all of an embellishment!

EVA - Designed for The Color Room: #50

I was instantly attracted to the color palette that was presented for the 50th challenge ... until I dug through my stash looking for things that would fit the colors ... I ended up going to a LSS to get a piece of paper!  This was much tougher than it looked ... I couldn't find any patterned paper that worked with my pictures or the theme ... I've been looking at this for a few days not, and I'm not totally in love with my results ... quite disappointed because I had pretty high hopes for this page ... in the end, it turned out to be quite bland ...

Anyway, here's the color palette:

Here's my LO:

World's Greatest Explorer - designed for Creative Scrappers #147

I've been looking at this sketch for a few days now, unsure of the route I wanted to take with it ... I got up this morning, grabbed a cup-o-joe and headed up to my scrap room to see what I could come up with ... 2 hours later, I'm happy with my page!

Here is the Creative Scrappers Sketch:

Here is my take on it  ... Thanks for looking!

"Relax" designed for Color Combos Galore #184

When this challenge was revealed, I was uncertain if I'd be able to pull it off or not .. the color palette was very foreign to me ... I had no immediate design ideas and struggled to come up with something ... however, I'm nothing short of THRILLED with my LO!

Thanks to Color Combos Galore for challenging me to 'think out of my own box' ...  Here is the inspiration board:

Here's my LO ... TFL!

"Salentein" designed for The Color Room: Palette #34

So, I was looking for some color inspiration and had already done the the other TCR challenge for the week ... so I scrolled back through some old palettes from before I found TCR.  This one totally caught my eye:

Here's my take ... I managed to scrap a 2 page LO, which is a HUGE accomplishment for me ... I'm traditionally only a 1 page girl ...
